We understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel an order placed on https://salespod.us.

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request cancellation of your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.

To request a cancellation, contact us using our official support channels and mention your order number:

If your order has not been packed or shipped, it will be cancelled and a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 1–2 business days.

Requests made through social media messages or unofficial platforms are not considered valid.

Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you no longer want the product after dispatch, please accept the delivery and submit a return request according to our Refund & Return Policy. Eligibility for refund will depend on return approval and inspection.

Cash on Delivery Order Cancellations

Cash on Delivery orders may require confirmation through phone, SMS, or WhatsApp before processing.

Unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled automatically.

Repeated cancellation of COD orders may result in restriction or removal of the COD payment option for future purchases.

Prepaid Order Refunds

If a prepaid order is cancelled successfully before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refunds usually reflect within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Seller-Initiated Cancellations

Salespod reserves the right to cancel an order in certain situations, including but not limited to:

The product is out of stock or unavailable
Incorrect, incomplete, or invalid delivery address
Order flagged as high-risk or suspicious by payment or fraud checks

If we cancel an order, you will be notified and issued a full refund if payment was already received.
